Sustainable Building Solutions manufactures Element365, a premium Title 24 compliant modified acrylic coating which provides maximum protection from the elements. This coating utilizes a combination of high-grade acrylic resins and specialty components to increase durability, strength, adhesion, and resistance to ponding water. SBS uses this coating on all roof and exterior wall members for each build project. It is applied in 2 coat process directly over the cured GFRC layer and has the appearance of a white primer. After these coats have been applied, any paint or exterior siding choices can be applied. 

Product Features:

• Self-Priming – high bonding priming resins create superior adhesion eliminating the need for additional primer. 
• High Reflectivity – reflective properties help reduce energy costs and protect the structure from damaging UV rays and reduces heat transfer into the building.
• Ponding Water Protection – designed to withstand ponding water and perform under the toughest weather conditions.
• High Solids / Viscosity – high viscosity and high solid content can be applied up to 2.25 gallons per square for quick application and reduced labor costs.
