  Jason Marquez has been in the Commercial Construction Industry for nearly 25 years with an emphasis on the Manufacturing and Sales of building construction materials for roofing, waterproofing, insulation and curtain wall/window building envelope. He has worked for and with several companies including Garland, Carlyle, Siplast, Henry, Wausau, and STO. He has a B.S. in Business Administration and is a United States Marine Corps Veteran.

Scott Fuller is a real estate broker with over 25 years consulting and sales experience in real estate, professional services and technology with companies including IBM Global Services and PeopleSoft/Oracle, as well as consulting for companies including Matson Inc, Carl Karcher Enterprises and @Home Network. Scott is a licensed real estate broker in CA and AZ and has launched several successful real estate ventures. Scott earned his B.S. in Management Information Systems from CSU Chico.

  Allen has been in single family residential development, construction operations and management for 30 years. He holds a California State General Contractors license, a California State Brokers license, he is a Qualified SWPPP/Storm Water Practioner, Certified Erosion, Sediment and Storm Water Inspector. His expertise includes Project Management Construction, Planning, Scheduling and Budget Development Management. Land Process Development & Management, Safety & Compliance Quality Control Management, Horizontal & Vertical Residential Construction, Storm Water Compliance and BRE Approval process. He has overseen all aspects of new home construction and sales. He has worked with Legal and Title Company to develop sales contracts/disclosures and established DRE white reports, Plan Submittals to city jurisdiction and permitting, off-site operations, grading wet and dry utility installations through vertical construction and homeowner deliveries. 

  Alejandro F. Herrera, holds a PhD, LSS, PSM GRC and ITSM. He attended Southern Methodist University and the University of Madison. His Doctoral Degree is in Civil Engineering with emphasis on Geotechnical Engineering and Substructural Analysis. Dr. Herrera has been in the architectural/engineering field for over 34 years. He also holds a Professional Engineering License in Mexico and has worked on numerous projects internationally. He holds a patent for research and development design for the EcoFlex Grid system for soil stabilization and compactions. 

Mrs. Peppard's experience in the Architectural and Engineering Industry is extensive and spans over 32 years. She is directly involved in her projects from inception, through to construction and final payments, including budgeting and coordination. The scope of her project experience includes institutional,  educational, commercial and residential, with an emphasis on modifications, code compliance and upgrading of facilities. Her tenant improvement and modification projects include libraries, shopping malls, offices and public buildings. She has also direct experience and unqualified success with planning and plan check submittal and approvals in over 200 jurisdictions in Southern California.
